The Central
University of Kerala (CUK) was established under “The Central Universities Act,
2009 (Act No. 25 of 2009)”. The motto of CUK is ‘Amritam tu vidya’ which means
‘Knowledge is Eternal’. At present, the University comprises 18 teaching/
research Departments that offer undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral
programmes.
